Yeah I think someone got confused with something to do with Links downloads and downloads for that dance game.
Having had about 6 months away from the game, I only started playing it again last week. I was terrible, I'm amazed how much I'd lost the hang of it. I quickly picked up about 100 deaths and only 50 kills. But now I've got back into the swing of things I've nearly equalled the scores at about 200.
It's a bit annoying having all the stats zeroed. I originally had about 2000 kills and about 1500 deaths (team deathmatch), and from what I can see, the ELO is still an inaccurate measurement of how well people are doing (just look at the people at the top of the leaderboard, most of them have pretty poor scores), so what was the point of it all?
It is a great game, but yesterday I must have lost connection with about 6 or 7 servers for no given reason, been kicked off servers by babies who claim that my tactics were 'illegal' (three tactics I can recall that are 'illegal' are crouching behind a box on airport 1, shooting someone through a door using thermal, and running towards someone, gun blazing, with an M60?!?!). I find I spend too much time looking for a good game with decent people playing and no errors. Of course, I should create my own games, but that's only worth doing if you have a lot of friends online.
Still, it's the best damn multiplayer shooter we can expect until Unreal 2 or Halo 2. I may get counter strike though for a bit of variety.
It's pretty damn amusing doing grenade/charge suicides so your player gets thrown across the room :D
And i've learnt my lesson.
I hate clans, they always make people un-happy. I used to be in a clan when i had SOCOM 2 on my PS2 and we just kept arguing everyday and i just went mad and left. On SOCOM 2 it seems that being in a clan is one of the most important features and im right because when i went on Central Station (Like XBOX Live) it said that you wont enjoy the game as much if your not in a clan. But in RS3, although it has clans it doesn't mean you have to be in a clan to enjoy the game. Thats what i like about XBOX Live games, they actually think more about enjoying yourself instead of slaving around for your clan leader.
Central Station = 90%
Xbox Live = 95%
Rainbow Six 3 = 90%
SOCOM 2 = 89%

Actually, if you get to do it in a real game it's perhaps the best thing you could do. see there's a ledge which you can drop down onto and get behind red teams spawn (i think, the ones that wear the black costumes :D) where you can hide under the hills, yet still see through 'em. Brilliant fun, although rusti nail died when he tried dropping onto that ledge so i think there's some place you're supposed to drop onto.

I wondered where you went! :D
I tried doing the same as you (what I though was simply dropping into the vent) but it wouldn't work. Must have been doing it wrong/lucky!
