You should be able to use EVERY weapon in a first person perspective view.
I was just playing Vice City and I got myself stuck on a roof with loads of cops after me, I had plenty of ammo, but I wasn't able to aim at the targets below me as I was too high up for an auto aim. If I could have aimed the weapons myself though, it would have worked out better. Instead I just got shot to bits.

Also I think that they should have cool Formula One cars like Ferraris and McLarens. That would be really cool. Plus, Tommy (or whomever it is) should be able to swim and it would be great if you could be part of a gang.

Yes i agree, if they fix the aiming problem, then it would truly be worthy of all the high accolades it has gotten.
I think the weapons system in GTA 3 and Vice City have been the real downside of the game. Things can get so damn frustrating when you've got 10 cops running at you all guns blazing, and you can't even try and take them on because you know it would result in certain death, due to one particularly crap shooting system.
