A quick thanks to Rickoss, who told us all about the ITV awards show, for which you can vote every day. Well, I've been doing just that. Quite an easy thing to do really - set it as your homepage, and spend thirty seconds just filling in your votes. Hopefully it'll make a difference.

But that's not my point. Every time you vote, there's a chance to win a free VIP ticket to the event. Winners are actually notified immediately after voting. I've so far won three tickets out of roughly ten votes. Honestly, it just makes you think that they must be really gagging for people to go.

So if you feel like making your vote count, getting a VIP ticket so you can rub shoulders with C-list celebrities like Johnny Vegas or just having something to sell on eBay, click on the above link. Unless I've been ridiculously lucky, you won't leave empty handed.

Should be getting a ticket in the post. Is it in London? I doubt I'll go, it's not really worth travelling from Leeds.

Well it could be good, GAME are backing it anyway, and being as they are the largest games retailer in the UK and mates with loads of publishers there could be eBayable freebies in abundance...might go if the ticket turns up.

Yeah, I guess. The awards show is reserved for marketing and advertising managers, and possibly lead project managers for the game themselves. Not that any of you care.

I don't think the tickets are for the actual awards show. It says it's for Gamestars live [URL]http://www.gamestarslive.co.uk/[/URL], which looks to be a 5 day event in London.

I just got one to, wonder if it'll actually arrive?

I still won't go to it though as I wouldn't want to support crap like that.
