"GC game prices!"

Anyone know what the price of GC games is going to be. I plan to get a Gamecube but I might not if the games are expensive. Someone must have a rough idea.

uh huh. i'm only get sonic and mario kart advance. they look like the only decent games coming out. i'm only keepin the GBA really becasue the link-up capabilities with GC

gameboy advance games are a rip off, thats why i got mine on finance i only pay like £8 a month and you get four games with it.

yes Slik, but u can purchase GT3 for £35 pound from SR. only 5 pounds more than Gt Advance. that is a flipin joke. I borrowed GT advance off my mate, and i have to say the game is very poor.

a) Bits have no effect on the power of a console. You could easily make a 32bit console much more powerful than the PS2.

b) The Gameboy Advanace isn't 32bit. Read the box. It's complicated, but somewhere on the box it proves it's not 32bit.

c) I'm only going to get a GBA for Sonic, so I'm going to just emulate it instead. i think you can downloadable cartridges now so you can download games off the net onto them for free.

Yes but don't forget the GBA is 32-bit, the ps2 is 128-bit (suposedly) give the GBA some credit!

Hopefully it'll be around the sub £40 mark.

It would be suicide for Nintendo to set their pricing above Sony and Microsoft's. They way as well they not bother unless they match the PS2's £35-£40.

Also, in the UK we're no longer at the beck and call of THE. There being no external distributor taking a cut should take a quid or two of the prices as well.

Games in Japan will vary between the equivalent of $45-$55.
The confirmed price in America is $50 for a game so we should be paying about £35-40 unless we get screwed by Nintendo on prices again.

the games wont be £50 thats just being stupid, i predict £35 to £40.
