Why hasnt my claim been updated yet?
I sent 2 e-mails off, as soon as I won after my other recent GAD win! And I waited five days, and it hadn't been updated, so I sent off another 2 e-mails and it still hasn't been updated after 2 weeks!
Why has this happened?
They ask for Black & White and Cosssacks both for the PC, they have my address and nickname!
Please could a member of staff reply, or if anyone else knows why please help!
P.S if my win does near the end of the 90 days limit and it still hasn't been claimed, I will have sent of a number of e-mails for it, could it be extended until it appears claimed or SR realise that I have sent the e-mails!

I think you can ZP. It's OK to change your E-mails address as it's just to prove you have access to the account.
I did I e-mailed them from my blueyonder address in outlook!!
I only have two addresses and I know I didnt e-mail them from Hotmail!!
MR Snugs will I be able to change the address on my account by going to edit my details and trying to e-mail from Hotmail or something!!

Hi Zeldapro, you must e-mail me from the address that you registered - click the red 'Edit Your Details' button to see which e-mail address. Or, change your details to the address that you sent the claims with but please, sort it out otherwise I can't send them out. Cheers.
