"My discman..."

...broke.
And it all began like this:

We arrived home yesterday from an excursion to York. While unloading the car, my dad, threw my discman to the floor ( without wanting to, it was an accident.) It fell to the floor an smashed open. It is broken, ( as you may have already guessed.)

And, this does have something to do with the PS2.

The thing is, that my dad was going to buy me a new discman. But, as I didnt use it so much, I am going to get 2 games for the price of my discman, £80.

I am not very sure of what games to get. I am trying to decide one of the games from below. (I say one because I have already got one of the promised games):


Splinter Cell
Pro Evolution Soccer 3 ( please tell me what is so special about it)
Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty

Also, I am going going to get Driv3r, which I could wait a bit until it's release.

So, reccommend a game.

P.S: Any other good games, please tell me.

You move around in 3rd person view but you can go into first person for the weapons

If you prefer gameplay over flashy licences then it's the game for you. It really does offer the most fun and realistic game of football any game has before (*apart from Sensi Soccer that will never be topped :-D)

Well, OK I will get Splinter Cell, forget about MGS2. Bulett, I am not getting RS3 because I dont like FPS's. IF I am going to get SC 2, then I would like to have SC 1.

However, please tell me about PES 3. I am considering it. What is so special about it?

Hitman Contracts is meant to be out on April 30th (probably will get put back though) but if it does come out when it's meant to that will be a very good game


Given the choice of SC or MGS2 though i'd go for SC, call me crazy but i actually like to play my videogames, not watch them.

Get Rainbow Six 3. Don't bother with MGS2 and hold on a bit for Splinter Cell 2.
