The 20,000 point GamerScore Challenge. Many websites like to follow the progress of gamers and the most common way of doing so is by monitoring the number of GamerScore (GS) points (gained by unlocking achievements) a player has.
I put this challenge to you. My individual goal (HM) is to increase my GS by 20,000 points by September 1st 2010. As this seemed a popular idea, many freeola users have jumped in with their own personal challenges.
If you are interested in joining the challenge, just post your target score and how many points you are away (or just a target amount), along with your Gamertag and I'll put you on the board below.
Keep posting updates when you unlock achievements. The best way (and most manageable) would be to post the game title and the number of points achieved from the start date of your target. For instance: if I had a Viva Pinata and unlocked 600 points, I would post: "Viva Pinata - 600 points".. Points gained from before the target date do not count.

Got quite a few easy trophies on LOTR: Conquest.
Incidentally noticed that we also have a resident trophy hoarder on site, in High Flyer. That's an impressive Trophy score mate :D

Total for Mass Effect 2 is now 860. Sending it back to Boomerang today.
My niece likes Sonic (I've taught her well) and so I thought I would make her happy by playing some Sonic Unleashed. Got myself 90 points from that tonight.
Got some more points and trophies over the weekend, updated my stats.
250 from FIFA 2010 South Africa was good, got some more to grab on that and on Just Cause 2.
Did also grab a couple trophies on God of War 3 to make me very close to level 6 and completing the target i set myself on that!

Okay, I've updated that.
Not much happening with me at the moment. Playing through the Race Pro career is pretty tedious as it is fairly easy, even on the Pro difficulty and the game doesn't really do anything to keep you interested.
Got a session of Race Driver Grid online at 10pm tonight. Hopefully, get some good clean racing in and get closer to finishing the game.

Total on Mass Effect 2 is now 275. Got 80 points out of Game Room as well. Total GS is now 34357
I'm up to 115 on Virtua Tennis 2009.
My overall score is 21026. I thought the achievement points were all multiples of 5 i.e. either end in a 0 or a 5 so I'm not sure where the 6 in my score comes from.

80 points on Just Cause 2 last night, points start to go up in value as you complete missions, so should hopefully get a few hundered from it!
