...keeps on automatically restarting after a few hours, is there anyway i can stop this as its very annoying. When it restarts it asks a question if i wanna send a report about it. Please help.

It's a virus or your ventilation is awful.
How about Water Cooling? I hear that's a good way to cool the inside of your PC and also helps cut down on noise, though a decent kit is going to cost you.
if this is the case the it is probibbly being forced to restart by the mainboard to prevent overheating.
get a better cooling system, make sure the cpu fan has a heatsink and use thermal grease
get a system fan and consider gettign an air extractor, air extractors take up 1 pci slot and blow a huge ammoutn fo air out of the case.
also get some am cooleers and anythign esle you can think of, every little bit of cooling helps

does it shutdown first or does it just suddenly reset without warning?
