Which is better: Resident evil code veronica X/ Resident Evil outbreak/ Silent Hill 2/ Silent Hill 3/ Siren / Project Zero.?
And if it's SH 3, should I get 2 before it ?

Yay! You started a 'What is better' thread. Silent Hill 3 is best but Forbidden Siren is better.

I'd say Project Zero, but you havn't mentioned that.

Out of those you listed, Silent Hill 2.

Personally I like the Silent Hill seris, and Project Zero the best.

I've heard that you need to play the original Silent Hill, to fully understand SH3

Yeah. It came out a couple of weeks ago. It's got some bad reviews though.
