But here is a confusing way to get it,
- A. Tidus' Caladbolg -
Weapon location: Northwest corner of the Calm Lands, behind a mandala at the
bottom of a very narrow hidden trail. Win all four chocobo races, and the
person blocking the pathway will be gone. You _must_ have the Celestial Mirror
in your inventory to get the weapon, otherwise the guard will not move.
(There's no point in going down the trail without the mirror anyway.) If you
won all of the races pre-mirror, and come back after obtaining it, simply win
all of the races again and immediately go to the path the guard was blocking.
**********NEED TO KNOW TO UNLOCK ITS ULTIMATE POWER**********************
Sun Crest location: Yevon Dome, in a treasure chest in the same area where you
fought Yunalesca. You may have to go up and down the stairs once or twice to
get the chest to appear. It's on the left side of the screen, and blends in
with the wall.
Sun Sigil location: After you can control the airship, it's a prize for
winning the fourth chocobo race against the other chocobo rider with a time of
better than 0:0:0. I have no advice on how to do this, other than use the other
rider as a shield if possible, use the D-pad and not the analogue control
stick, and grab balloons like mad. You need between 12 - 15 for a time of
0:0:0. In the Japanese FFX, there was a cheat that made the birds pass right
through you, and therefore this process very simple, but it seems to have been
taken out of the North American - and presumably PAL - release. So the moral of
this story is, practice practice practice, learn Japanese and import the game
so that you can cheat, or check out Morelock's Sidequests FAQ for an in-depth
strategy of how to win this race.
Difficulty to Obtain: Medium difficulty, but not especially time-consuming.
Most people would argue that the hardest part are the last two chocobo races.
Abilities: [Break Damage Limit] + [Triple Overdrive] + [Evade & Counter] +
[Magic Counter]
Special Effects: Does more damage when Tidus' HP is full, no effect on Aeons.
Where do you catch things as the core element..
I suppose since you raise Strength in Morrowind that makes FFX and Morrowind identical or at least, 'a more mature version'.
Bah.

I don't know if its really enough to be honest. I haven't beaten Penance fairly, so its not been fully tested. Its a lot of luck, but its still only half way really. I just didn't have the patience to sit there and boost the luck to 255. The other stats though... its definitely a must to have those at 255.
As for Zanmato...
Slap.

The game is about a creature called sin who attacks Spira, summonners summon aeons do defeat fiends and evil bosses on their way in the pilgramage, the purpose of this pilgrimage is to obtain the Final Aeon which allows the summoner to defeat sin, and during the pilgramage guardians help the summoner be keeping him/her safe. This is an overall idea, next comes the spoiler :
Spoiler
The summoner you play with is Yauna, and the rest of the characters you play with are her guardians, Auron used to be the guardian of Lord Braska, Yauna's father, who defeated Sin 10 years ago, his guardians were Auron and Jecht. Jecht is the father of Tidus. Later in the game you'll find out that the summoner is killed by summoning the Final Aeon, and that Sin always returns after 10 years from deafeating him, That's why the Albhed kidnap summoners, to keep them safe, and later on in the game you'll find that Tidus is not a real person, he's just a dream, and so was Jecht, the whole Zanarkand were Tidus and Jecht lived was a dream of the Faith (The Faith are souls, they are ususlly used to obtain aeons). Now here comes the real spoiler, I reccomend stopping at this point and playing the game. When you reach the real Zanarkand you'll find that Auron is actually dead, the thing is when he, Jecht, and Lord Braska reached Lady Yaunaliska to obtain the Final aeon, it was found that one of the guardians has to be killed to in order to use him as a faith which is transformed into the Final Aeon, so they were killed, then when Auron found out that Sin returns he got angry from Lady Yaunaliska, he struck her with his sword, but she defeated him, on his way back, he died but nobody sent him, then Yauna refused to do the same, she was willing to sacrifice herself, but not one of her friends, they killed Yaunaliska, fought Sin, defeated him, and then the Faith stopped dreaming, so Tidus died.

What Morbo said.
