Enter for in depth conversations on the living, breathing legends that is Feeder.

Anything from their early, grungy metal to their present upbeat / uplifting rock. They have contributed to Rock music things that other bands can only dreaming of. By writing their own lyrics and music, only doing live performences and playing their own instruments they put teeniebopper favourite's "S Club 7" in their place.

Having added numerous awards worldwide including "Greatest Heavy Metal Band Album of 1997" for their debut full album "Polythene."

Named the best Live band around, they overwhelm onlookers at festivals and concerts worldwide including in Japan, U.S.A, Germany, Italk, France, Spain and of course, The U.K.

No matter what mood, circumstance or emotional condition you're in, there's always a Feeder song to suit your situation. From the uplifting catchiness of Top 5 hit "Buck Rogers" to the moving and inspirational "Yesterday Went Too Soon."

Whether you like Rock, Pop, Metal, Indie, or Nu Metal, Feeder has a place in their Kingdom for you, and your dinner table is waiting for you to be uplifted by the bands amazing musical talent.

To summarise... God Save Feeder.

Excuse me while I choke on my cheap instant cappucicino! The best band in Britain?!?!?!?!?! Okay, Feeder are good, but the best band in britain? You are sorely mistaken. Feeder are not better than Muse, nor Elbow, nor Radiohead. Good but not the best.

On a side note, listen to the Eels, they are what Feeder would sound like if all of Grant's family died tomorrow and he went and recorded an album... Damn fine stuff, most Feeder like is their first album 'Beautiful Freak', Novocaine for the Soul is Feeder-esque, and their most recent brush with godliness can be heard on Fresh Feeling.

Mr. Happy is now going to sheepishly listen to YWTS... ahem.

True, Radioman is pretty damn good, and YWTS is better than Echo Park.

misterhappy, You can like Radiohead all you want but you know deep down that you like Feeder...

And Sheepy, you talk crap. Insomnia is a great song and jus bout every1 agrees that. And Feeder are not in ANY way like Oasis!!! Oasis - Bad mouthed, swearing, attention craving bad asses. Feeder - No swearing, polite (well, they don't swear), content, not willing to change, own style rockers. They don't sound alike, they don't act alike, they don't look alike, I think you're either p*ssed or you just suck in everyway possible.

I've said it a million times, I'll respect people's opinions but wild and crap accusations like that just wont work with me!

Another thing

They only became known to music for bloody Buck Rogers... 6 years and hardly a sound from them.

And that crap "Insomniac" just a load of crap guitar playing.

:-P

I'm sounding immature here so I'll stop

I agree a little. I disagree that Buck Rogers is a bad song, 'coz I like it, and I also think that Echo Park aint a bad album, but I TOTALLY agree that their older stuff is excellent and much better than their recent stuff (excluding "Just A Day").

Sheepy, you and a lot of other losers think Feeder are rubbish simply because you've heard no Feeder songs other than "Buck Rogers" or MAYBE "Seven Days In The Sun" (Class Song but a lot of rock fans don't like it). SO you don't even know about Feeder's excellent side. They've been around as "Feeder" for six years. Do you really think they've only released "Buck Rogers" and "Seven Days In The Sun" in SIX YEARS?!? No. So get your facts right and listen to their older stuff.

And I do know what music I like, thankyou very much.

I'm sorry to say that, but I feel its the truth.

They are just another average band jumping on the band wagon of the downfall (ish) of pop.

And the likes of you who are still not sure what music your into buy their albums.

Really why don't you like the Manics or Radiohead?

Much better music, much more better/emotional lyrics, much better morals and views than some bloke with a CD Player and Leather seats in his car.

Its a nice post and you obviously like them but don't make them out to be original or special.

:-)
