Anything from their early, grungy metal to their present upbeat / uplifting rock. They have contributed to Rock music things that other bands can only dreaming of. By writing their own lyrics and music, only doing live performences and playing their own instruments they put teeniebopper favourite's "S Club 7" in their place.
Having added numerous awards worldwide including "Greatest Heavy Metal Band Album of 1997" for their debut full album "Polythene."
Named the best Live band around, they overwhelm onlookers at festivals and concerts worldwide including in Japan, U.S.A, Germany, Italk, France, Spain and of course, The U.K.
No matter what mood, circumstance or emotional condition you're in, there's always a Feeder song to suit your situation. From the uplifting catchiness of Top 5 hit "Buck Rogers" to the moving and inspirational "Yesterday Went Too Soon."
Whether you like Rock, Pop, Metal, Indie, or Nu Metal, Feeder has a place in their Kingdom for you, and your dinner table is waiting for you to be uplifted by the bands amazing musical talent.
To summarise... God Save Feeder.

Yeah, I've just seen it. He's a fag.
Did anyone see Feeder's GREAT performence on TOTP on Friday? Great Stuff. Mimed guitar playing (obviously, it's TOTP, they don't have the equipment for electric guitars!) but Grant's live vocals were great. The best Just A Day performence since Reading this year.

LOL what did they delete my message for?
cant you say gay any more?
I commend your last post. Not just for sticking up for Feeder, but for making perfectly accurate comments and for putting some "I know it all" dumb-ass into shame. Well done.
Thankyou for your comments on me too. You have truly earned my respect. Not from your last post, but from the months of posts. From the type of comments I just mentioned to all other sorts, you always amaze me. Well done.
On comments on Can't Stand Losing You being, and I quote, "the worst cover ever," this is impossible because the original, in my opinion was utter trash. And, as pointed out, there' all the Steps covers, plus that PATHETIC Never Ending Story cover by those two girls. AAAARGH! No where near as good as the New Found Glory cover!
;-)
Just kidding.
Not overly fussed by Feeder myself.
> Feeder r rubbish they play girlies music start listening 2 linkin park slipknot
> and korn mate ! K?
grrrrr... I am not the world's biggest Feeder fan but at least when I slate them I do it with a little more knowledge than this dumb post.
Soul Reaver why do you automatically assume that what you listen to is the best? I think that linkin park are a pile of w**k and that slipknot are just plain awful. Kirn ere once good and at least when they sold out they did it in style. However, I'm not going to slate your taste in music because musical taste is subjective and if someone thinks Feeder are great and Slipknot are crap then so what?
You sound like the type of person who has digital TV and suddenly discovered Kerrang where they play 24 hour of rubbish with brief remissions thanks to Tool, the Deftones and yes, even Feeder. Why should SK and co listen to your bands?
You don't seem to realise that the bands you mention thrive on no-one knowing abot them; it makes the listener feel more part of something select. Also it helps you to get the outsider feel that they all go on and on about. The reason why I respect SK is that he knows everything about Feeder and he sticks to his guns; he will always like feeder. When you realise that the Linkin park hoodie is a fashion accessory for townies, will you still like them? All the bands you mention have a fickle support. Same thing happened with Limp Bizkit and Papa Roach. The reason why people start to hate these bands is bause the ONLY good thing about them was the feeling of being someone in the know. Then when they become popular you get all the liggers and bandwagoners and suddenly your precious exclusivity is gone and the band don't seem that great anymore.
If you come back and post something in defence of your bands then I might give you some grudging respect. I already respect SK because that is what he does. If I slate Feeder he will give me twice as many reasons why they are good. You will just come along with your "my music is better than yours"..
In fact the whole nu-metal generation is based on the title of a McClusky album, "My pain and sadness is more sad and painful than yours"
Grow up Soul Reaver
