In no particular order:
1. Ninja Gaiden
2. R63:2
3. Hitman Contracts
4. Fable
5. Steel Batallion/Malice/something else. I'm still debating wether to get Steel Batallion. Malice is a possibility, but since it's been delayed so long, I doubt it's going to be as good as it's supposed to be.
A lot of those will probably not be bought for a while anyway - once SC:PT wears off, I'll probably end up going back to CS and PGR2...

Yup. Surely you've seen screenshots and read previews and developer interviews about it? Most are on the established news sites; I would refer to the official game page, but that's pop-up mania land.
