Well, what an accomplishment. Not only have Special Reserve, not associated themselves with lower-class shops like HMV and Electronics Botique, but they have taken that step further and conquered Basildon!

Well... WHOOPIE DOO! Basildon...!!! What's next? Smethwick Green? Chelmsley Dale? I mean forget Birmingham or London, Nooooooo!!! We have Basildon... What a feat.... overcoming The Pound Shop and Rupert's Books to take first place in the best retailler of Basildon!!

If it was London or Birmingham or even Bristol or Coventry I would be impressed but Basildon... what? You grew the best herbs in your unattended back-garden? Nice one!

Seriously though, congratulations... it's good to know that through things like this the SR members of old and new can be reassured that they'll get the same quality service for years to come.

Well Done...

For Sierras more like!

I think the perfect place for an SR would be Leeds. There are no decent game shops (well, maybe Game) and there's a handy Gameplay nearby, ideal for midnight "staff training exercises".

LOL!!!!

I think they should set-up in Birmingham... although competing with Ted's Backothelorry and Computer Exchange might prove a little trying!

Maybe SR wants to set another store in Liverpool, they won't make any money but they could get rid of any un-wanted stock. How about that for customer service!

'The World' comes before 'Basildon'...

SR only have to get their flags in Norman Green and Smithshaw Cross and they're laughing for at least another 10 years.

I'd hate to live in Basildon... the name says it all. A crappy area, full of southerners, one decent shopping precint/mall and a dodgy law-enforcement organisation.

:D

He ha he ha he harrrrrrr!

My accent is the best... Darkness has a stupid accent.... :D

I live in Buuuurminum, Darkness lives in Somerset / Devon / Cornwall / Essex / Sussex / Kent / Dover... they're all the same.

Does anyone want Darkness 2k's number? :DDDD

Basildon - the dumping ground of Essex. Full of Kappa Slappas, Sharons and White Escorts.

They only won retailer of the year because it doesn't include pawn shops, bookies and pubs...

In Wimbledon there is a huge shopping centre looking for a shop to open... how about SR?

I mean the Game and Virgin here are really crap and SR's game prices would ruffle there feathers!!

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.

Nothing but admiration. I have been complimented on the church site that I manage through you and everybody thinks I am an IT genius. Your support is unquestionably outstanding.
