Design a banner competition. One banner equals a Filmaday prize. Two will get you a Gameaday prize.

Banners count if we use them. There can be many winners. If we don't use them then there is no prize. They must be under 15K and 468x60 pixel GIFs so don't be stupid.

Focus on our free gifts and items which are near the top of our charts, Get Dotted and Freeola, or UKchatforums. Look for an idea which will entice people to click, or a strong selling point of the product in question.

rik-rik, What do you use for making you banners and how do you get them on the internet. I am ignorent when it comes to banners!

I changed my getdotted banner but my Train simulator and Bomberman banners still need working on.

The competition ends on the 25th so i'm sure there will be more people entering

I cant change the PC one or the getdotted one, a sI use Fireworks, and didn't save the .png files!

I can change around any below the first UKGames one. So I'll think about the text! Thanks!

OK.. Here goes......

On one of the PC ones, Im not sure about red text on black bg and visa versa.......same goes for the blue getdotted on black bg.... can sometimes be hard to read...go for light colours on dark backgrounds....

I really like the ukphonetones one....and also the dark cloud one, because I like the effect of the text appearing....

On the banners towards the bottom you have used the same font, this font can look a bit blurry so in future you could maybe change it......Sorry to be picky, just trying to be constructive....

I also like the news monkey one, put a smile on my face watching it skip across the banner! :)

What do these have in common is also a good one, I think its smple yet effective...

No! I was just wondering if it was possible, I would never turn down a gameaday for 2 filmadays!

And yes, if one banner gets chosen, you get a Filmaday. Two equals a gameaday.

three equals a GAD and a FAD etc.

And anyway, the more you have, the more likely it is that SR will like at least one of them!
