Well done to everybody who took part, there were lots of interesting ideas, a toon, and only a couple of really scary ones. Watch out for the winning banners popping up all over the site in the next couple of days.

Tony's original message:
Design a banner competition. One banner equals a Filmaday prize. Two will get you a Gameaday prize.
Banners count if we use them. There can be many winners. If we don't use them then there is no prize. They must be under 15K and 468x60 pixel GIFs so don't be stupid.
Focus on our free gifts and items which are near the top of our charts, Get Dotted and Freeola, or UKchatforums. Look for an idea which will entice people to click, or a strong selling point of the product in question.
> Why can GAD's be any price, but FAD's can only be under
> £19.99, I am starting of a campaign about this topic!
We are thinking of changing this and placing a limit on the price of the GAD's. Thanks for reminding me!
Well done mate
The maximum price for a filmaday should be £23.
> CJC, get Hannibal!
Thats' the one I really want, but because of the stupid price limit for a filmaday (£19.99) I can't get Hannibal because it is £22.99!
Why Tony, WHY!
It seems to do the job......
The image must be 468 pixels wide by 60 pixes high.
It doesn't have to be animated, but generally they or more interesting if they are.
Use a graphics package such as Adobe Photoshop to create the images. You can then use a free gif animator program (download from the web) to make them animated.
You can go a lot further into this and use packages such as Fireworks, Dreamweaver or Illustrator.
Hope this helps.
