Depends what he's doing. If he's starring in all action movies, with explosions, and cool catchphrases then yes he's acceptable.
But if he's painting my fence, and he has the brush strokes going exerywhere, and looking really shoddy, then I'd say "Oi, Willis, no! I respect you as an actor in action movies, but your paintwork here is quite unacceptable"
In short, give him a realy hard sum and then point a camera at him. The strained concentration on his face is priceless.
