Can you explain how you go about picking GAD winners?

You say that you have over 1000 posts each day, plus reviews etc. So how does it work, do you read through them all and ignore most posts (as they are just chat) and end up with a short list of 10 or so?

Then pick one? If it's a review you then check to see if it's copied?

I'm not questioning the GAD system here, I have no complaints at all, but I thought that if it was explained, how you pick it etc, then it might help cut down on the number of complaints.

All the entries are poured into one big computer (shaped like a top-hat). then, Ali places his virtual hand into the computer, and pulls out the winning ebtry. Simple!

Well heres how I would do it...

Have a system set up so all posts of that day are send into one file, go through the file and just simply press delete for chat and small posts... read through good posts and pick few best out them... read through all reviews, check there not copied as SR do... the pick a few of best cheat bunches and compare all the posts, cheats and reviews to see which is best.

Thats just me but :D

I still think they should have one game for the reviews and one for the dicussions.

I was going to ask this the other day, but feared it would kick off cries of unfairness!

I've always assumed that it's just a case of reading them all, and picking the best, as decided by those that decide.

Maybe there's a magic formula ;-)
