Manhunt, Final Fantasy X 2, Grand Theft Auto 3, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City = Best games
Midnight Club 2, Need for Speed Underground = Best improved sequels
It used to be just 2 minutes runs which would constrict you and make it a bit irritating, but now their are no time limits and their is total freedom to roam around the levels.
Vice City = Best Game
THUG = Best improved sequel
