Is it right to take the life of a man who has taken a life?
Is it right to take the life of a man who has taken 10 lives?
Is it right to take the life of a man who had taken teh lives of over 100 hundred people?
Should capital punishment be brought back?
Personally i belive its only fair that if someone terminates
another humans exist in a cold and calculated way in the case of a terroist or a psycho nutter then the same should happen to them.
Also is it fair that peoples beliefs become swayed by the situation. If the killer killed a child for example some people start to lose there moral high ground.
A life is a life no less.
(dont get me wrong i spose i know why tehy do but still is it fair?)

Yep I remember reading about some of the things the Nazis did in conscentration camps. Some of them were completely ridiculous, like injecting large amounts of petrol into the blood stream, to see what would happen.
Also didn't half of the Nazi scientists end up in well paid jobs in medical research, simply because they knew all of this stuff from these experiments that people could never know without having done it - and as it was considered highly unethical they were unlikely to ever do it.
Or is that just a conspiracy theory?

Why not use them for medical research? If you HAD to kill them, why not do it by injecting them with HIV, and researching a cure on them?

I think that capital punishment could be a good idea along with castrating sex ofenders. Yes that was not a joke I honestly believe that it would make society a safer place. The problem is what if the judge/jury were wrong. There have been cases recently were people have been freed from prison because of new evidence. You cannot free a dead man. If the justice system was perfect then yes for CP but the way it is now I think it will lead to a few tradjerdys.
