"Licenses in GT3"

I am just starting to play the GT mode despite doing the Arcade mode simultaniously.
Anyway I got couple of golds and silvers but most of my licenses are bronzes. I know that you get bonus cars if yiu get all golds on the license, but surely noone have done that yet, have they?
Do you think I should just stick with the bronzes for now, get all the licenses i can and then bother with silvers and golds when I get better at the game.

Hows everyone doing with licenses anyway. Anyone got Golds and stuff????????????

Not worth getting gold on the licences.

B licence is a crappy Mazda MX5.
A Licence is a Mazda RX8.
IB Licence is a Nissan Z Concept Car
IA Licence is Aston Martin Vanquish
S Licence is a Dodge Viper GTSR Concept Car
R Licence is a Subaru Impreza Prototype

And all of these cars can be won by completing some races in GT mode. So you can either waste hours and hours on a few tests to get the car now or wait till you complete the certain race to win the car.

2 hours????Wow man . I watched the demo and ve done it in 15 minutes. I cant do tests without watching the demos..

Joking aside...

I'm not saying I'm doing it easily... far from it. Some I've done first time, others I've struggled with. Test B-2 - stopping the Viper at 1000m and inside the Gold time - took me and my mate around 2 hours!

I like the tests, but - in the previous two games at least - I found they were rarely uselful when you were actually *in* GT mode. I mean, how many races to you have to stop quickly in? :-)

Anyway, I'm off to continue my game... later dudez...

I suppose that I would be able to get gold, on the first two licenses at least anyway, but I can't be bothered at the moment. I just want that Astra Touring Car. The licenses will have too wait.

Oooh, and I want to win that Escudo as well. This time, once you've won it, it can be boosted up to about 1800bhp (apparently). That has got to be scary.

I am just not capable of getting them at the mo.

Playing the arcade mode helped though. I completed first 2 sections on hard. U get wicked cars.

I've started on the GT mode, but am still getting my first licence. Why? I'm taking the time to get Gold's on each. The last test for the first licence - B-8 - is proving to be a real sod - I can get Silver but not Gold at the moment.

I believe you are awarded a car if you get all Gold's - so it's worth it!

Good to know that I am not totally rubbish at GT3. I though everyone will be getting golds and stuff!!!

And I was so stupid that I never bothered buying first GT and GT2. Missed hours of fun!!!

Has anyone noticed, that since Gran Turismo 3 was released, there have been tonnes of topics about it. It just goes to show how good it is.
