Ye I have changed to IGN as well. Apparently 17% on the original price which is £19. Have ordered it this mornining so it will be here in about 6 days I would imagine.
For me, I calculate IGN's basic $179.99 PS2 costing around £138. This includes VAT and shipping from IGN but not any excess import duties (if there are any) or the Royal Mail's fee (It's around £4 I read somewhere)
PS2 : $179.99
Shipping (International Economy) : $15.99 base + $15 extra ($5 per $50 value)
VAT @ 17.5% : $36.91
= $247.89
= £137.98
+ excess.

Just checked IGN before ordering and they have shipping at $20 but 17.5% tax charge when it enters the country. Much deliberation as to where to place the final order.
Just got en email back, he said sorry for the confusion but shipping ot the UK is $53.75 and he said that should avoid import charges as they send it by a special courier. I will go ahead and order it now I know the full picture. Not sure where you live mate but $111? Thats madness, are you sure you selected the US PS2?
I put in my post code and it gave the option of $26 or $36 for shipping?!
