I clicked on "Reply Quoting This Message". Delete bits if you want to reply only to a certain specific part of the message.

I'm sorry, you're right, I should shut up, that was an unfair thing to say. In this case, a little friendly advice: people will take it the wrong way if you spend half the review praising the website. Also, whilst it may seem good from Special Reserve's point of view, it probably causes more damage than good.
If I was a customer, and I visited this site and read customer reviews, if the first review I read was spent praising the website, I'd instantly suspect that the website was writing its own customer reviews. Its best to just be honest, and write a review of the game, not the site.
Unless a staff member tells you otherwise :D
