"the longest game ever??"

i would say that final fantasy x is the longest game ever to complete(not only storyline but also defeating all dark aeons and pennance). and the truth is.....it takes ages.

any objections??? do u think there is a harder game??

Well if you even want to think of being able to defeat Prinny Baal we're talking levels of at the very least 6500 here. The main game itself is pretty easy but it's the things like trying to get to floor 100 of a rare item to make it super powerful that are the main crux of the game.

There is, but you need to be levelled-up at silly proportions before even thinking of taking on such a task I'm led to believe.

For the more linear RPG compared to Disgaea, then Xenosaga clocks in at around 80 hours AFAIK.

Gran Turismo 3-A Spec is a pretty lengthy game too.

Wait a minute, are you telling me that disgaea took you 800 hours+ just by levelling up, and that's it ? Weren't there any optional quests like hard bosses or impossible missions or anything like that ?

Geez have you only ever played one game? There is a ton of games that are harder then FFX the hardest that i've played is Unlimited Saga. I struggled through that but eventually managed to get it done.
