More Detailed Wanted Levels: instead of like 6 stars you could have 9 stars and each would be more detailed, and on the 9th star Counter-Terrorists would come, like Seal Team 6, and stuff....

Then there could be a Casino, and you could hold up people in there, hehe that would be cool

the ability to fly commercial planes and to buy a casino which every one can go in and gamble and every time they lose u get their money. it would be cool to hire lawyers so u don't get busted. deserted islands which u can by and u can build property and build a bridge going back to the mainland or boats to take u back or an air port or all three.

I also think you should be able to buy cars unavailable elsewhere. Of course the cars and the mods would be expensive. When you flip over these cars they don't blow up you call a tow truck, they take it back to the shop and fix it up for a hefty sum of money. Oh and for a TON money you can make your car indestructible.

it be cool if in the next game you were starting a gang that slowly builds, and you could start a war with gangs and have allies, put guys through trials to join the gang, and you could bargain land and money with other gangs.

my ultimate wish is the ability to simply take a ticket. example: you run somebody over, cop pulls you over, fines you 50 bucks. no losing your weapons or failing a mission.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned a blasted PORTABLE RADIO!! Would that be so hard to include? Perhaps Rockstar could make them cost a few thousand (ten thousand) dollars, just to make them a reward of sorts. In GTA 3 how many people didn't want to go around wasting people with classical music playing

When you jump off a huge building or out of a helicopter you have to be in a wheelchair and it's like a car and you can do drivebys

if u get wasted u would be in the hospital and instead of outside it would be cool to use doctors tolls as weapons

I would like to see coast guard helicopter missions were you save people in boats or in the water and the last level is like a hurricane and you gotta help an oil tanker or something.

I would like to see four-wheelers, hitman man missions, and a medical helicopter that you could do hospital missions in.

police should be more strategic and actually care about speed violations and the peds...meaning they will not run over a street full of peds only to catch you and also tasers at one star and unless you fire at cops first they wont fire at/beat you...but they can tase you and bust you like that...also it would be cool if the police actually fired on you with the tanks and the hunter came after you at 6 stars and maybe military hummers with mounted turret guns
