animals THATS CRUEL

although licensed vehicles sounds good... it would cost rockstar north too much and the amount of cars would be greatly reduced GREATLY!

You should be able to mug people, they could use a similar system to the one used in the armed robberies in Vice.

1) A place to store money so you don't get jacked by some thief.
2) Live Animals
3) More car chases
4) bullet time
5) Licensed vehicles (ie Lotus, TVR, Jaguar...)

Police on bikes and military in the hunter and a better tank.
More main story missions.
Mini games.
Large land area.
More indoor areas.
More 'minor' weapons like the screwdriver.
Sensible Swimming.
Boats used more.
scuba diving.
Drivable Trains like on GTA1 & 2.
Jet Ski's.
Weapons locker.
Money safe.
Jet airplane.
The ability to add things to your car i.e : Guns, rockets and such BUT most of all the ability to have Bulletproof, explosionproof, fireproof and Damageproof but onto you selected car ( For a price ).

Honestly - how many GTA threads do we need? One would be sufficient.

more missions, than vice city.
throw things, out of cars.
drugs that last until you die, matrix style.
hum vee and ther military vehicles, WAR.
more 'find a car' missions, like sunshine autos. (gtavc)
to get revenge on the police with a STINGER!!!
a function like : press R1 when attacking for a close up movie style thing.
more cinimatic insane jumps.
nitro boosters, or cars and moterbikes :D.
in-car movies.
fly a 747.
jet ski boat thing.
a car that car broadcast adverts speaker on roof choose your advert...
neon lights under cars.
dinemite(just for fun)
throwing knifes.
buy a suit in a shop.
customize the way they spay your car in pay'n'spray
mercuary tilt bomb :D
