"Best PS2 Game Ever"

Right basically all you have to do is pick a game from the great selection in front of you. These are my best ps2 games ever (I haven't included Manhunt as that would cause a riot.) There are 16 games and out of each two you have to narrow it down to one.

Example:

Grand Theft Auto 3
v
Jak 2

and if you think that Jak 2 is better then you do this:

Grand Theft Auto 3

Jak 2 (Yes)

You have to pick one from each round and the closing time is midnight tommorow. (Friday 23rd April.) I will then count up the votes and then there will be another knock-out round with 8 teams in it and so on until we have a game that we can call 'THE BEST PS2 GAME EVER'!!!

Exactly, but I dont think that the PS2 of deus x is as good as the PC version, so I neevr played it all that much.

That makes me biased against it, and makes me thinkt hat other ps2 games are better.

Anyway, I demand you all go and buy Beyond Good And Evil NOW!!!

It rocks. I just finished sneaking around the shadows in the factory, some bits of this game just feel hard, and the stealth sections are good, it genuinely feels easier to hide than to fight, which makes a nice change.

Hah. Deus Ex is better than both of those games.

But while we're on the subject, I was surprised that Ico was pitted against PES3, and Deus Ex against Vice City, when all four deserve higher than the first round.

FFX and GTA 3 are both in it.

I obviously can't please everyone as everyone has a different taste in games.

This is stupid :D

FFX and GTA3 both deserve to be in a shortlist ahead of Deus X, SSX 3 and THUG, so why compare two games from a completely different genre?

If you want to find out the best game, take a straight poll and find out what the people wha actually play games think.

That list is also missing Beyond Good And Evil, which I would say is JUST AS GOOD as Metal Gear Solid 2.
