Just wondering if the Shopping Cart used by Getdotted/SR is done using PHP or not?? and if so, did it take ages to create??

Lasso is used with a database program called file maker. It is all Macintosh based which was the problem. Macs crashg but Linux doesn't (well not for a long time).

So, is this Lasso thing a program you used before??

Anyone can create a new topic but only Web team members can create forums.

if you work as a memeber of staff in one of teh special reserve shops does that mean your entitled to create topics?or is it only for staff of the website upkeep

The shopping trolley proccess took quite a while to build. We had to factor in memberships, renewals, strange postage and us changing the way we work as a company. We also had to move the proccess to PHP and away from Lasso which kept crashing.

It destroys the temporary cookie on your PC prematurely. It's call session unregistering.

...Also, just wondering how the Log out procces works on the Control Panel, I mean so when you log out, the details are cleared, and pressing the back button does't take you back into the panel??
