The last action platformer I ever got was Crash Bandicoot 1, and I heard a lot about the ones of this generation, so what is the best: Jak 1/Jak2/Ratchet and Clank1/Ratchet and Clank2 ?
(And I don't have a gamecube, so nobody tells me to get mario, or wario, or any GC game)

Ok, I'll get Jak1, and if it becomes addictive to me, I'll get 2, now how is that ?

It depends.

I'd obviously strongly recommend Jak 1, but you won't get exactly the same experience with Jak 2. Therefore liking Jak 1 shouldn't necessarily serve as an incentive for getting Jak 2. They're really quite different.

Ok, how about this: I'll get Jak 1, if I like it I'll get 2, is that ok ?

Look, if you want a pure, brilliantly designed platform game with tons of variation and a decent sense of humour then go for Jak and Daxter. I personally found it incredibly enjoyable to play and it easily gives Mario Sunshine a run for its money. The one flaw is that it's too short, but collecting all the orbs and artefacts will keep you going long enough. It's also only £15 or so.

If you want a Jak of all trades, but a master of none then go for Jak 2, Ratchet and Clank or Ratchet and Clank 2. By no means bad games, but too many GTA-esque elements and gun-toting detracts heavily from the platform experience into some kind of shoot-'em-up which really isn't that fun.

No.

It's Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy by far.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
Impressive control panel
I have to say that I'm impressed with the features available having logged on... Loads of info - excellent.
