The last action platformer I ever got was Crash Bandicoot 1, and I heard a lot about the ones of this generation, so what is the best: Jak 1/Jak2/Ratchet and Clank1/Ratchet and Clank2 ?
(And I don't have a gamecube, so nobody tells me to get mario, or wario, or any GC game)

Actually I agree with Mav. Platformers are more fun when you are visting little villages in the countryside and going into weird caves to help the locals. JAK 1 did this perfectly but JAK 2 had too many guns and things like stealing hovercars and stuff. I would get Jak and Daxter 1: The Precursor Legacy as it is much cheaper and better.
