Help!

I've won Filmaday for a mini-review of the Tomb Raider movie, and I don't know what to choose!

Current candidates are "Me, Myself & Irene", "Stir of Echoes" and "Gone in 60 Seconds".

I'm also unsure what else is coming out soon - anyone know?

I was going to choose "Star Wars: Episode 1" when I sw it on BlackStar for £19.99, but SR's price is £24.99 making it ineligible as a choice.

Suggestions please...

You're talking to someone who just bought Volume One of "Battle of the Planets" - a 1978 manga cartoon!

Oh, har bloody har! :-)

Did have that on the list, but heard it's not too funny.

Seen that, not too keen on it.

Got that!

Enjoyed that one - not sure I'd watch it again though.

> Snatch

Can't recall much about that one!

Me Myself and Irene sounds the funniest, and I had heard that Gone in 60 seconds had less plot than the shower scene in Tomb Raider.

Best way to learn if to read through some of the existing reviews and see the style, what areas of the film they cover etc., and adapt it to your own style.

I've seen all those three films.
Stir of Echoes wasn't that good
Me, myself and Irene was hilarious in places, but there weren't enough funny moments
Gone in 60 Seconds was pretty good - i'd go for that.

I hear Pitch Black is quite good!

If not Road Trip, Seven, X-Men, (Gladiator and Snatch may be above £20).

I`ll try and think of some more. Also, DVDstreet or something like that has a good site that may help. I wish I knew the URL still, sorry.

I'd go for Gone in 60 Seconds if I were you.

I haven't seen Stir of Echoes, but I have seen the other two films you mentioned. If you want to choose one of them, then go with Gone in 60 Seconds, it's brilliant, Me, Myself, and Irene is OK, but I'd never choose that! Have you seen Cast Away? It's ment to be really good, it's up to you.

Hope I helped!
