Nintendo Forum: Gamecube Vote

Okay, after the highly successful "Top 5 Cube Games" thread, I thought it should be time that we could get a tally, and an overall say on which is the most preferred game of those that post here on the Nintendo Forum. So therefore I thought we could vote and then add up the scores under certain categories. So:

Best Gamecube Title:

Vote for your five favourite 'Cube games in order.

The game you award:
1st Place will get 5 pts.
2nd Place will get 4 pts.
3rd Place will get 3 pts.
4th Place will get 2 pts.
5th Place will get 1 pt.

Best GBA Title:

Vote for your favourite three GBA games in order.

The game you award:
1st Place will get 3 pts.
2nd Place will get 2 pts.
3rd Place will get 1 pt.

Best Multiplayer Title:

Vote for your three favourite multiplayer Cube/GBA games in order.

The game you award:
1st Place will get 3 pts.
2nd Place will get 2 pts.
3rd Place will get 1 pt.


I will then gage the winner of each category based on the amount of points each one receives. You don't have to say why you chose certain games, unless you want to of course. I will then come up with the definitive list after large amounts of people have submitted.

With any luck i've beat Mav to it! Muhahahaha!

2. Metroid Prime - 43 pts.
3. Mario Sunshine - 37 pts.
4. Mario Kart - 29 pts.
5. Skies Of Arcadia - 24 pts.
6. Smash Bros Melee- 21 pts.
7. Pikmin - 17 pts.
8. Harvest Moon - 14 pts.
9. MGS: Twin Snakes - 11 pts.
10. Super Monkey Ball 2 - 7 pts.

Close Runners Up On 6 pts: F-zero GX, Timesplitters 2, 1080 Avalanche, Conflict Desert Storm 2, Madden 2004 and Animal Crossing.


Best GBA Title:

1. Wario Ware Inc. - 16 pts.
2. Mario Kart: SC - 14 pts.
3. Advance Wars - 13 pts.
4. Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire - 12 pts.
5. Zelda: Link To The Past - 11 pts.
6. Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga - 9 pts.
7. Super Mario Advance 2 - 8 pts.
8. Super Mario Adance 4 - 7 pts.
9. Golden Sun - 7 pts.
10. Sonic Advance - 6 pts.


Best Multiplayer Title:

Well there you go, if you are sad enough to check every little calculation you may find a couple of minor errors, but hey, it was a tiresome job checking all this. Enjoy!

Thinking about it, there isn't really many REALLY good games on the GameCube... or actual games either... Good job I have all consoles!

1. Super Smash Brothers Melée (multiplayer has always been the most important aspect in my gaming you see...)

(Not really played any but I'd probably vote for the Metroid games, based on my experience with the Snes version! :-))

(Skies of Arcadia: Legends, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker and F-Zero GX should go in there somewhere as well. There are too many good titles.)

Um, When he puts Golden Sun 1/2, and Advance Wars 1/2, what does he want the person controlling this thread to vote for? You can only have 3 games, so please put 1 or 2.
