Is everyone else confused? Here's a paraphrased conversation buried somewhere in the WLT:

Machie: "Does anyone else have an Amazon wish-list?"
Timmargh: "Yes."
Machie: "You don't have 'A Hat Full Of Sky'?"
Timmargh: "No."

I'm ploughing my way through Return Of The King at the moment and will probably dive into A Hat Full Of Sky a couple of days after finishing that.

I'm a bit of a slow reader as I need to visualise each scene as I read it - if I get confused or don't understand something I go back and re-read it until I do. Me, anally retentive? Surely not ...
