Two people have said that they liked 'Emlyn Hughes International Soccer' on the Spectrum. Sounds as though it was a good game in its time, sadly i missed out on it.

I used to play Emyln Hughes Soccer on the Specky. I was never able to hit the ball in the air, but I didn't need to.

One of my favourite games of all time has to be sunset riders on the snes. I also like the wwf royal rumble game on the snes, of course the games out today are a lot better but in there day I wouldn't stop playing them.

yeah duck hunt was class,Nintendo will probably bring that back along with wild gunman to the gamecube hahaha.

Doom is one of my fav classics, I think it's stil one of the best first person shooters. The level design, monsters, weapons are fantastic and i still think the PS1 version is better than the PC.

You get doom 1 and 2 and some levels are edited for the better and using a control pad is just so much easier to handle than the keyboard. Texture mapping makes the graphics better too.

I used to be addicted to 'Emlyn Hughes International Soccer' on the Spectrum- what a classic!
(Dan starts to show his age- the younger members think what the hell is he talking about?)
Then came along Super Mario World and Secret of Mana on the SNES- i must have played and completed those god knows how many times

Scrolling beat em ups dint get much better than this, even though it could get a bit boring as your doing the same thing all of the time. Still good enough to be a classic though.

First game that really got me addicted to games was bionic commando for the amstrad.
Then Golden Axe on the amiga. They were my favourite when I was younger.
