"looking for a Soldier FPS multiplayer on one box"

Hi,

does anyone know of a soldier FPS for the xbox with multiplayer capabilities on one xbox? I've looked at conflict desert storm II, swat... and they seem to only have multiplayer capability when networked/live.

Halo's excellent but sometimes i want more realism and less aliens running around.

operation flashpoint was far and away the best soldier game I've played. though the graphics look crap if you play it now, it is getting on a bit.

I am eagerly awaiting the second one.

Call of Duty isn't the Call of Duty but instead some crummy make shift multi-format game with a title "Finest Hour".

Also Master Chief is a soldier, he is a Marine.

Thirdly Ghost Recon is bog sh**t, if you want tactics grab Rainbow Six 3 on the PC which is infinitley better all round.

More of a genetically modified super human than a soldier.

yeah you dont quite get it do you. the majority of 'things' running around in halo are aliens. I'm looking for a soldier,war,realistic fps. m16s and ak47s instead of lazer guns.

What about Rainbow Six 3?

Desert Storm 2 does up to 4 players on one console, and is loads of fun. If you like guns and shooting Iraqis (you can't wizz on 'em though).
