The title was so dull I added Plus on to the end of it to spice it up! The post is about the GBA so if you don't care about the GBA then go away, go on , get lost!

Let me first say the GBA is stunning with a capital S (although it wasn't in capitals). er-no informs me that the GBA is getting Street Fighter X3 I mean is this a dream? Look at it, it is tiny!

Now this is about it's distant future, oh yeah we are already blown away by Mario Kart, Tony Hawks and Street fighter (Zone of Enders looks preety snazzy aswell) but what about the games we don't know about erm lets call this game Game X (I'm sure Microsoft will make a Game X).

The Carts (at the moment) can reach a wopping 256 MB and for those who look at that, grin and pretend to know what it means it is the size of Zelda!!! We know it can do Isemetric which is a sort of 3-D and we know it can do better 2-D games than the Playstation!

Now then Game X could have a promising future, lets say Game X is a RPG/Adventure game involving an elf boy who has a fairy and tries to save a princess against an evil pig. Now this can use Isemetric graphics and be as big as a 60 hour long game!!!! Now that is interesting. Lets hop back in time (not too far) to GBC's Alone in the Dark, now ok it has no PS graphics but for a mini NES that game blew me away! Now lets times that by 4 (8 bit times 2 = 32 bit) and we start to realize the potential our little beauty has in store for us.

How hard can they push this machine, well they haven't even begun to scratch the surface yet and the potential of this machine is like a fruit pastle in your mouth ready for developers to bite and release it's fruity flavour! The future is bright the future is whatever your GBA colour is.

And for those who say it doesn't....

Rayman Advance is a port of the Playstation game.

Yoshi's Story (n64 game) as well as Yoshi's Island (Super Mario World 2-SNES) are also coming to the GBA (according to N64 magazine)

Why do people say that GBA can't do 3D?

It doesn't matter what 'mode' the graphics are in....if they look 3D then they look 3D!!!

It's not actually poissible to make a real 3D object on a flat 2D screen. However you can simulate them into memory so that the graphics are processed ready for certain objects (that's basically what 3D cards do).

However even if you haven't got a 3D card or are using a GBA, 3D effects can still be created!
