This is probably obvious, but if I buy the PGR2 booster pack for £2.99, will it get charged to the Credit Card that I used when I took out the subscription or will there be an option to put another card's details in?

Nope, it has to be a credit card, not debit - unfortunately for everyone under 18.
You can't use Switch though, can you?
