I'd have thought you could, try play-asia or something.
But I wouldn't bother. Ninty prevented people using them as normal memory cards so they can screw more money out of us, so they only work with games specifically designed to be compatable. Until you have one of those games there's no point having one of the cards.

You can import them, and when we get games that will be compatable with them (and thus when we get games that would otherwise require a HD) they will no doubt be released here.
