I've recently become addicted to Animal Crossing.

I had to go round everyone in my town of Nintendo to get a hankerchief which they had all let each other borrow.

YUCK!!!

This games rocks :D

I'll probably end up getting the UK version at Players Choice price - providing it does go down in price.

Which one's the port?
The Gamecube one, right?

The DS one is meant to be brand new...

No it's a port of Animal Forest game that was released for the N64, updated with new games and modes etc... but still a port.

The GC version? Isn't a re-release.. I mean there's extra stuff in it.

The DS version is a re-release of the N64 version I think.. but that too will have extra stuff.

It's available for import at the US Players choice price - playable on UK GameCubes using the Action Replay/Freeloader.

It's out in September here in the UK.

So, is this game out in England yet?

Why is it gonna be Players Choice?

Is it a new game?

Aye up? Didn't you play the game on your Birthday?
I got Donkey Kong.

Also, if you play on April 1st, the mayor gives you a great game called Super Tortimer. :-D

I used action replay to get the best ones.
Actually, AR ruined it for me in the end.
I used the cheat to get the secret Nes games with no conscience, after all, it hardly ruined the game.

But one day, my brother was messing around with all the "9999999 money", "full catalogue" and "caught everything" cheats without telling me. After he'd finished his go, I had a go without him turning the machine off, so the cheats were left on and without realising they were on, I saved my game.

So then I had all the collections finished, full money etc...
It had taken most of the game out of it...

There's still bits to play for, like some items you can't order from the catalogue and things like that, but such is life. :-)

And events are played out in real-time.
So if you're playing it at 2 in the morning, it'll be 2 in the morning in the game. And time goes by even if you're not playing it - hence the weeds growing etc.

Or so I grasp - haven't played it meself.
Is it coming out over here straight into the Player's Choice range? Or at a (stupid) normal price?
