"What DVD should I get?"

I have won FAD but I can't decide what to get. I was thinking Iron Monkey but then I realised that if I could find one of my friends who wanted Crouching Tiger then I could get Iron Monkey for onlt 7 quid.

Then I saw "A Man Called Hero" in the magazine which looked alright but when I went on DVDreview.com, I found out that it was based on a comic by the same guy who did "The Storm Riders" which I thought was an absolutely awful film.

Now I'm thinking "Rocky", "The Untouchables", "Way of the Dragon", "Vertical Limit" or "Traffic".

I've never seen "Rocky" but I've seen 3, 4 and 5 and I thought they were great (except for 5 which was awful).

I saw "The Untouchables" years and years ago and I remember thinking it was great.


"Way of the Dragon" I have on video but it is not uncut and I love it when Bruce Lee uses his nunchuku.

I thought "Vertical Limit" looked poor but a few of my friends thought it was really good.

And I remember really wanting to see "traffic" at the cinema.

Help me!!!!

Way of the Dragon is the uncut version.

see if you can claim the all 5 rocky box set cus it's amazing. if you can't Get the scary movie DVD it's proper funny

Aye aye chicken pie. Fantastic fill-um. Plus i think it's the Honk Kong Legends digitally re-mastered version that now includes the nunchaku scenes. Swish swish woop woop..

Traffic is a superb film, Steven Sodeburgh at his best.

Can't go wrong there.

Traffic. Why? You've seen Untouchables, great film. Also Traffic is a better DVD

Way of the Dragon.

I have "Crouching Tiger" and I think that's great. Somebody was telling me today that I should get "The Sixth Day" because it was a 'wicked' film.

I decided to test him on how much his likings of films differed from mine so I asked him whether he thought "Eraser" was good. He said it was good but not as good as "The Sixth Day". That didn't really help as I thought "eraser" was okay.

Then I asked him what he thought of "End of Days". He thought it was also a 'wicked' film so I quickly went off the idea of getting "The Sixth Day".

Normally i urge everyone to buy a Star Trek movie...

But in this case, maybe you could take a look at Galaxy Quest or Scary Movie.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon is an excellent film, but i think its pace might put off viewers expecting Matrix type storytelling.

If you get really desparate, you could get The 6th Day...!!!
