Would anyone be interested (no commitments here) in buying high power PCs mail order. I know most of you don't buy ready made PCs but I'm interested in setting up a small company selling PCs mail order and locally (I live in Manchester). I've made PCs before so I know what I'm doing and being a big gamer I'm pretty sure I know what most of you guys want, and even if I don't you can always tell me. I pretty much just need the experience of building PCs and running a business so prices should be pretty low and you'll be saving yourself the hassle of building your own.

If you reckon I could make a go of something like this, I'll set up some prices on the net and you can tell me your opinions.

Thanx Very Much

Buy a copy of the MicroMart computer magazine thats the best way to check out the prices of the competition.

That does sound rather expensive. I do know a great place to get gubbins, but E-mail me as I don't want to advertise on SR. [email protected]

Yeah, I just got a much better system than that from SR for only £200 more than your asking price. Half the memory, but twice the HD space, and a GeForce 3 card. You won't sell many!

But the rest seems pretty good. It's a lot of money though for selling over the internet

That sounds pretty expensive for the specs- for over 2 grand you really should be looking at 1.4Gz+ and a top of the range graphics card i.e. a Guillemot 64mb GeForce 3.
