If you guys got one too, we could have some really interesting Mario Kart races; for 30 coins for an Adapter you can't go wrong!
Will anybody consider buying one for warpipe? And would anybody consider the PSO(S)?
[I] What are you waiting for?

I'll try again then...just for you, Ashman.
What im trying to get at is : If you wanted to buy the Official Xbox Headset it is £25, so when you pay £30 every year your actually paying £25.00 for the Headset and £5 for the Years Subscription.
Ya' get me?

The headset is about £25.00 by itself so your actually only paying £5 for the Years Subscription.
As for PSO, i've never played it and I dont really want to.
Im sure Everquest is better.

If you want to play PSO on LIVE you have to pay LIVE and PSO Fee...
Mariokart, 1080 and Kirby Air-ride are all free to play on warppipe - all PSO's are all classed as one free, 6 quid a month for 3 pretty good games...
Not to mention the offline LAN features. All in all it warrents 30 pound, even just for Mariokart.

Is this an error?
Oh, and when you consider Live competition at £30/40 a year for ANY game, its going to be a mighty job to compete with Microsoft, unfotunately.
You probably wouldn't strech 9 months of play out of another game, but maybe with an online feature on a good title you could.
In other news, I'd rather buy a new game (Splinter Cell: PT, or save up for Madden 2005, or Pikmin 2), than add a little bit of replayablity to games that I've played to death anyway.
Doubt I'd sign up for something with a pay-monthly bill though, I'll be too cheap when I'm back at uni.
LAN gaming could be good mind...

But it rules.
Hmmm....
