No, what you actually do is, rip the game to your hard drive or download it to your hard drive from an illegal site. Then, use winrar to unrar the files and join them together. Then, use Discjuggler to burn it to a CD.

I've got 2! They're soooo easy to copy. DC games are a walkover to copy anyway! I tried it on my Jet Set Radio.
