They aren't coming out for a long time I heard but there are copies for sale on Ebay, im sure I saw one for £13 yesterday on Ebay.

If it's imported from america it certain;y will be English, but from Japan no no no. Also if it is £16 each then that is a good price as it's 5.4% off the original price of £35, go for it. but about the release dates I have no idea, America or European, nada.
Currently they hit Europe on the 10th of October.
