"Another FoG story?"

I was thinking of writing the beggining of a story over the weekend, to be carried on by everyone, like the others that have been done.

If anyone has already started one, or wants to start one instead, let me know and i won't put mine up.

Anyway, remember, it's an ongoing thing. Every story leads to the next...

Last time we saw everyone, they were all going down the pub... if somehow they appear in ancient China, something will have gone rather wrong.

Not that any of the plots tie up or anything... but some sort of continuality is needed. If that is a word, and means what I want it to.

Well, the title was the problem, if it had been "He held aloft the mighty sword and dropped it on Sniper" then we'd have been off to a much better start.

That was what was missing from the sword story. I tried to make up for it at the end.

And keep the plot simple, an example would be:

Start Story
Kill Sniper
Bring Sniper back to life
Kill Sniper
Bring Sniper back to life
Kill Sniper....

If you look at the Western, which had the most replies I believe, the start didn't state any quest, it even standed as a short story... it had a start, a middle, and an end.

But it survived, because it allowed freedom.

I think the key is to give something else to write about, and try to give it a little direction, or we wander around for ages doing nothing, waiting for someone else to get it going!

I'll contribute when I can, but time is a funny thing, and I just don't have enough of it!

Plot? You mean they're supposed to have a plot? The others didn't.

Ok, i won't put anything too specific in, but i may put a general kind of "this is your quest" kind of thing. That way things can happen on the way etc.
