I've been playing GTA since the beginning and I have to be honest and say the series looks as though it reached it's peak with GTA3. Vice City was good but it was flawed in a lot of places, and it appears as though San Andreas is actually going to expand on those flaws, instead of rectifying them. Some people on here know just how much I like the GTA series, but even I can see that the series went downhill with Vice City, and it doesn't look as though it's fit enough to make it's way back up to the top.

As usual, all you're thinking is that this is GTA - the game that can do no wrong. Well, it can. And will, by the looks of things.

Eating isn't fun.
3 times as much land to cover isn't fun.

As usual people forget that this is Gta. The first one was great , everybody thought the next one would be crap but was it? my opinion no. Then a few others then the big one GTA3. People expect it to be dissapointing but it never is. This will be a great game, no doubt about it.

I'm hoping that you won't have to keep going backwards and forwards from each city to complete missions, it'd get too confusing. Hopefully they'll be like the level system in the original GTA, be nice if each city had the same amount of missions as Vice City or Liberty, would take years to complete though.

I think San Andreas will be good if Rockstar don't go too over the top, like they did with Vice City. Vice City is still a good game, but some parts felt a little too ambitious, like the size of the city for a start. I'm really going off this idea of having a state with 3 cities in it, it's sort of takes the 'familiarity' away from the game. I mean you always knew where you were in GTA3, but you always had to find your bearings in Vice.

Remember Mafia? How annoying was it when you failed a mission, and had to drive for about ten minutes just to get to your mission again, only to fail it once more. Frustrating is an understatement.

I'm really not at all excited.
There's some terrible ideas in there.

We'll see.

Erm, let me reform that sentence(s) that I posted:
Oh yes, san andres, finally coming to our consoles, its going to be one of the biggest games ever some information I got yet you probably all know:
You can swim

You make your own gang who back you up and you can call for help at any time

You get a bicycle (I heard that someone may get on the back on your stunt-pegs and you can do a drive by with them)

Obviously new cars and guns, what I have seen no graphics have improved
There are these states there:
Las Vegas (Las venturra)
San Fransisco (San fierro)
Los Angeles (Los santos)
Each one is as big as vice city itself, so if your getting that, that is 3 times bigger than vice city!

You now have a stamina bar, you need to fill it by eating, but eating too much burgers make you fat (which leads to insults by the pedestrians) but there is also a gym where you can go and 'work out' to get 'fit not fat'!!

Its set in the 90's...a more modern age than Vice City

You now have different combat stances, other than the old repeative ones over and over again.

The pedestrians AI has improved, they wont just stand there watching or walking by when you are killing someone, also there are rag-doll features when killing someone.

Now you can burgle someone, imagine that, massively improved building interiors, so now you can burgle buildings, houses, offices whatever you can get your hands on!

You can also run a casino is Las Vegas (Las venturra) or just throw your cash away losing on the tables.

Your main character is Carl Johnson who has just been free'd from Liberty City Slammer after 5 years of enprisonment to investigate the murder of his mother. His older brother blames him for their younger brother Brian's death and they all get swept up in the gang war. There is one thing that im thankful for (you may not be though) he is black...finally a black person! You might think that he is a hero or a cop for trying to solve this mystery but trust me, he is a rascal in his 'hood'!!Also his older brothers name is Sweet, so we now have:
Carl Johnson (just got out of prison and trying to solve the mystery of the death of his mother)
Sweet Johnson (who is after Carl as he thinks he killed his younger brother)
Brian Johnson (good as dogs food)

May sound confusing but you'll get the drift!
We also have the gang that you recruit and they are called The Orange Families!

Anyone with further information that I never mentioned please feel free to post it and let us all in on it. Thank you.
