Otherwise Blue Thunder would have Roy Schieder piloting it, and that wouldnt be fair.
Airwolf was ok, but Blue Thunder had the edge, like you say, better weapons and didnt just ponce about in silent mode all the time.

Well... against AirWolf... the main character is called Stringfellow Hawk... He does play the cello in the forest for no good reason... and everyone he shags dies in the same episode?
Whereas for Blue Thunder... There was that nude areobics scene in the pilot movie... Also, Blue Thunder had a new weapon/device installed every week, that was then promtly required in the completion of their next adventure, and mysteriously disapeared by the next week?
