No the bass is the soul of every piece of music.

It has pulse, it has funk.

Especially 'Slap Bass'.

Check out the Flea video, man he makes the bass guitar come alive.

I play the guitar myself, but still, the bass does rule, if played well.

Our bassist 'facked' off to Brighton Uni because he's some kind of gifted genius. That's another thing I'm waiting for - September and BSc in Audio and Music Technology! Coolio.

I wait. Sometimes for hours, sometimes for days. And then nothing happens and I have to pester my mate at work. I don't work for SR, but I shop there every once in a while. The company I work for is a bit Hank Scorpionesque. I do sod all really. I wish I could bring in my guitar and play all day, maybe then I would've passed my exam.
