Wish i could sleep but at the moment i'm going through a strange bout of insomnia. I didn’t get any sleep on Sunday and I only managed to get 4 hours of sleep last night. Any suggestions on how to get to sleep? Oh, and I’ve tried counting sheep.....it doesn’t work!
