you need a Live Starter pack. Since you already have PGR2, get the Rallisport Challenge 2 one. £59.99 (possibly £49.99 online) for the game, headset and a year's subscription.
Or you could just buy a standalone starter kit for £29/39.99. Then you just connect it all up and you're off - you do need a credit card though, no Solo or Switch.
